Allcargo Logistics Announces Trading Window Closure
Allcargo Logistics Ltd. has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives, in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company’s Share Dealing Code. The trading window will be closed starting Wednesday, April 1, 2026.The window will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the audited standalone and consolidated financial results, along with the audit report from the statutory auditors, for the quarter and financial year ending March 31, 2026.
The company has notified its designated persons, immediate relatives, and connected persons regarding the closure of the trading window. The date for the board meeting to consider and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results will be communicated later.
