Alicon Castalloy Announces Leadership Change​

Alicon Castalloy Ltd. announced a change in leadership effective March 31, 2026. Rajeev Sikand relinquished his position as Chief Executive Officer due to superannuation. Sumit Bhatnagar has assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer, also serving as a Key Managerial Personnel.

Sumit Bhatnagar brings over 26 years of experience in the automotive industry. Previously, he served as Group President of ANAND since January 2017, and as Managing Director of ANEVOLVE since January 2022. He also held positions at Gabriel India Limited and Anand CY Myutec. Mr. Bhatnagar holds a BE in Production Engineering and a PGDBM in Finance and Strategy. He is not related to any of the company’s directors.
