Delivery and Performance Requirements
The initial delivery period for the total allocated quantity of each item is set to be completed within seven months in equal monthly lots, following a commencement period of 45 days from the date of receipt of the respective DISCOM's LOA.Alfa Transformers Ltd. is required to provide a Performance Guarantee, equivalent to 3% of the total contract value (including GST), to ensure the satisfactory execution of the contract. The company must also execute an Agreement within 20 days from the date of the Letter of Acceptance issued by each respective DISCOM.
