
Ajmera Realty Reports Record FY26 Performance, Highlights Profitability Momentum
Mumbai, 25 May 2026: Ajmera Realty & Infra India Ltd., a prominent real estate developer in India, announced its financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. The company reported strong operational growth and maintained robust financial discipline throughout FY26.Key highlights for the financial year underscore significant growth metrics: Revenue grew 46% year-on-year (YoY) to INR 1,098 Cr. EBITDA increased by 25% YoY to INR 306 Cr, while Profit After Tax (PAT) grew 24% YoY to INR 157 Cr. The company noted that its Debt-to-equity ratio stood at 0.53x, indicating strong financial management. Furthermore, sales values grew 57% YoY to INR 1,701 Cr, largely driven by strong customer response across new launches, and collections grew 71% YoY to INR 1,103 Cr. Sales volume saw an 11% YoY growth, reaching 6,60,246 sq. ft.
Commenting on the strong performance, Mr. Dhaval Ajmera, Director - Corporate Affairs, stated that FY26 marks a landmark year defined by operational excellence. He noted that the company achieved a historic pre-sales value of INR 1,701 Cr, outperforming its annual sales guidance by 57% YoY. He attributed this momentum to the overwhelming market response to new launches, which accounted for 82% of the total sales value.
The company's focus on high-quality receivables contributed to a 71% YoY growth in collections, reaching INR 1,103 Cr. The financial prudence demonstrated was further highlighted by the collection efficiency improving to 65%, up from 60% in FY25. This discipline helped the company achieve a Debt-to-Equity ratio of 0.53x, remaining well below its annual guidance of 0.85x.
Looking ahead, Ajmera Realty plans to bolster its growth engine by adding 5 strategic, asset-light projects with an estimated GDV of INR 2,433 Cr. The company has set an ambitious pre-sales target of INR 2,200 Cr for FY27. The near-term growth is expected to be spearheaded by the unlocking of the Wadala land bank potential alongside a robust launch pipeline for FY27, representing a collective GDV opportunity of INR 24,918 Cr.
