AJEL Ltd Notes Resignation of Additional Director Following Board Meeting​

AJEL Ltd has reported a change in its board composition after a Board meeting held on July 2, 2026. The company accepted the resignation of Mr. Mariya Sharivn Jeffrey Loorthuraj from his position as Additional Director, effective July 3, 2026.

The decision regarding the directorship was made by the Board of Directors based on the recommendations of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Mr. Loorthuraj resigned due to personal preoccupations.

As a result of this change, AJEL Ltd's current board structure includes Mr. Srinivasa Reddy Arikatla as Chairman & Managing Director. The company also has several other directors in place following the cessation of Mr. Loorthuraj’s role.
