The findings indicate that a significant majority, between 84% and 88%, of companies that have adopted AI are reporting medium-to-high business impact across their critical marketing functions.
Key Pillars and Adoption Rates
The report benchmarks AI maturity across four essential pillars: Creative & Content, Measurement & Insights, Propensity Modelling, and Customer & Sales Journeys. Regarding the operational integration of AI, full-stack AI adoption was found to range between 35% and 57% across these functions.Overall, the industry is demonstrating an increasing operational shift. Companies are moving away from isolated experimentation towards adopting integrated AI-led operational systems, which are specifically designed to deliver both measurable and scalable business outcomes.
