AGI Greenpac Limited Receives Updated Credit Ratings from CARE Ratings Limited​

AGI Greenpac Limited announced that credit rating agency CARE Ratings Limited has reaffirmed and upgraded its existing ratings for the company’s bank facilities as of March 30, 2026.

CARE Ratings reaffirmed the long-term bank facilities at CARE AA-, Stable, and the short-term bank facilities at CARE A1+. The rating for long-term bank facilities has been upgraded from CARE A+ and removed from Rating Watch with Developing Implications. The short-term bank facilities were also reaffirmed and removed from Rating Watch with Developing Implications.

The total amount for long-term bank facilities is now 934.00 crore, reduced from 954.00 crore, while the total amount for short-term bank facilities is 300.00 crore, reduced from 280.00 crore.

The ratings consider the company's operational and financial performance for the fiscal year 2024 (audited) and the nine-month period of fiscal year 2025 (unaudited), as well as the Supreme Court ruling against AGI Greenpac Limited's resolution plan for Hindusthan National Glass & Industries Limited and subsequent rejection of bid by Committee of Creditors.
