As of June 30, 2026, the executable order book stood at ₹55 Crores. The company maintains a position as the largest processor in northern India for Jumbo Glass. Capacity Utilization during the quarter was reported at approximately 57%, reflecting healthy operational momentum.

Strategic Growth and Market Positioning

Agarwal Toughened Glass remains focused on strengthening its product portfolio through high-performance processed glass solutions. These include triple laminated safety glass, which is designed to meet evolving requirements in architectural, façade, and infrastructure applications while ensuring enhanced structural integrity and acoustic performance.

The company secured domestic orders for DGU value-added glass destined for Commercial Mall projects, valued at approximately ₹6.11 Cr, covering an order size of around 12,850 SQM with an execution timeline set for March 2027.

In terms of broader market strategy, management stated a focused approach on the following:
  • Targeting Specification: Prioritizing Grade-A commercial, airport, and metro projects in its home geography, areas where BIS certification provides a competitive advantage against unorganized fabricators.
  • Input Protection: Protecting EBITDA through initiatives like float glass sourcing arrangements and enhancing energy efficiency in operations.
  • Geographic Expansion: Seeking to expand beyond adjacent North/North-West states, leveraging the logistical advantages of specialized regional processing.

Preferential Fund Raise Details

The company completed a preferential issue totaling ₹68.04 Cr. This infusion consisted of 16.52 lakh equity shares and 45.90 lakh convertible warrants, priced at ₹109 per security. The fund raise saw an immediate equity allotment of ₹18.01 Cr, with the remaining amount representing a capital infusion of ₹50.03 Cr (with 25% upfront payment received).

Post this transaction, the company's paid-up equity share capital increased to 1.93 Crore shares, bolstering its capital base for future expansion.

Utilization and Capacity Expansion Plans

The proceeds from the preferential issue are allocated toward securing long-term resources for capital expenditure, meeting working capital requirements, and general corporate purposes.

In terms of capacity enhancement, a portion of these funds will be used to install warehousing management equipment in Unit III. This move is intended to optimize material handling efficiency by allowing Units I and II to focus purely on the processing of toughened, IGU/DGU, and laminated glass, as all three units are situated within close proximity.

Additionally, the company plans to utilize funds towards initiatives that aim to meet some internal power requirements through renewable energy sources, supporting operational efficiency and sustainability objectives.

The management expressed confidence in the company's position, noting that structural multi-decade demand is rising due to a shift toward glazed facades in Indian architecture. Furthermore, the regulatory environment, including BIS safety glazing norms and ECBC energy codes, is converting "nice-to-have" glass into mandated specification across several key end-use segments, including commercial real estate and infrastructure.
