The acquired Assets include the AdColony SDK for iOS and Android devices, the technology platform, existing integration with in-app publishers and mediation platforms, as well as the brand name, domain, and the goodwill exclusively associated with these assets.
This investment is described as strategic to Affle's consumer platform business. By acquiring these assets, which belong to AdColony—an ad monetization platform connecting mobile publishers and advertisers—Affle aims to increase consumer touchpoints throughout the integrated consumer journey.
