Aeroflex Enterprises Approves Re-appointment of Director, Designates Key Personnel as Senior Management​

Aeroflex Enterprises Limited announced that its Board of Directors approved the re-appointment of Mrs. Uma Mandavgane and designated two employees, Mr. Taikhum Bandookwala and Ms. Bronika Doshi, as Senior Management Personnel (SMP) effective June 26, 2026.

The company's Board meeting held on June 26, 2026, approved the re-appointment of Mrs. Uma Mandavgane as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a second term. She brings over six years of experience in corporate strategy, capital allocation, mergers and acquisitions, IPO processes, strategic divestments, and cross-border transactions. Since associating with the company in 2021, she supports strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and cross-functional execution.
