Advait Energy Transitions Signs MoU with Norwegian Firm to Boost Hydrogen Fuel Cell Manufacturing​

Advait Energy Transitions Limited, formerly Advait Infratech Limited, has formalized a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with TECO Fuel Cell Technology AS, Norway. The agreement was signed during the 3rd India-Nordic Summit in Oslo, Norway, on May 18, 2026.

The MoU was executed by Mr. Shalin Sheth, Promoter and Managing Director of Advait Energy Transitions Limited, and Mr. Tore Enger, Executive Chairman of TECO Maritime Group and Chief Executive Officer of TECO Fuel Cell Technology AS. The signing ceremony was notable for the presence of the Hon'ble Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi, and the Prime Minister of Norway, Mr. Jonas Gahr Støre.

This collaboration is designed to enhance domestic manufacturing capability through joint engineering and knowledge transfer in the field of hydrogen fuel cell technology. The initiative aligns closely with the Government of India's 'Atmanirbhar Bharat' framework and the National Green Hydrogen Mission.

The strategic partnership aims to cater to three key industrial sectors, with targeted timelines for production and development.
