Adroit Infotech Ltd. announced on March 27, 2026, that its Rights Issue Committee has approved a final opportunity for shareholders to pay outstanding call monies on partly paid-up equity shares, stemming from a rights issue conducted in February 2024.

The company reported that 30,98,722 shares have unpaid call money, totaling INR 3,03,65,198. This comprises two categories of shares with varying amounts due per share, as detailed in the table below:

Shareholders can make payments via cheque or demand draft, with a payment window open from April 10, 2026, to April 30, 2026. Payments should be addressed to Plot # 7A, MLA Colony, Road # 12, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad, Telangana, India - 500034.

Interest on delayed payments will be charged at 9% per annum from the original due date(s) until the payment is made. If the call monies remain unpaid by April 30, 2026, the company may proceed with forfeiture of the shares according to the Companies Act, 2013, the company’s Articles of Association, and the terms of the Letter of Offer. Mr. B. Ravichandra Rao is authorized to finalize and issue the call notice and manage related operational matters.
