Adroit Infotech Limited Offers Final Opportunity for Payment of Outstanding Calls
Adroit Infotech Limited announced that its Rights Issue Committee approved a final opportunity for shareholders to settle outstanding call monies related to a rights issue conducted in February 2024. The decision was made at a meeting held on March 27, 2026.A total of 30,91,222 shares have outstanding call money, amounting to INR 3,03,08,948. The breakdown of the outstanding amounts is detailed below:

Shareholders have until April 30, 2026, to make payments via cheque or demand draft payable to Adroit Infotech Limited and sent to Plot # 7A, MLA Colony, Road # 12, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad, Telangana, India - 500034. Interest will be charged on delayed payments at a rate of 9% per annum from the original due date until the payment is made.
If call monies remain unpaid by the specified date, Adroit Infotech Limited may proceed with forfeiture of the affected shares according to the Companies Act, 2013, the company’s Articles of Association, and the terms of the Letter of Offer. Mr. B. Ravichandra Rao has been authorized to finalize and issue the call notice and manage related operational matters.
