- '07 Buildings no. A8, 42, 6(151), 8(41), 108 (A), 09 and 43 situated at Sector-I, Plot No. MBP/2 in Trans Thane Creek Industrial Area within village limits of Mahape Taluka, District Thane, Navi Mumbai (Also Known as Millennium Business Park)' (held by RRL).
- 'Buildings and infrastructure situated over Dhirubhai Ambani Knowledge City, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra' (held by RRL).
The company confirmed that the Adjudicating Authority’s orders were pronounced orally on April 10, 2026, with the written copy uploaded on April 11, 2026.
The company stated that the attached assets being subject to attachment will have an adverse impact on the Company during the continuance of the orders. Furthermore, the investment of the Company in RRL and CPL might be adversely affected due to the attached assets of these wholly-owned subsidiaries.
