Aditya Ispat Limited Appoints Vemula Jalaprasad as Additional and Executive Director
Aditya Ispat Limited announced changes to its board of directors following a meeting held on March 23, 2026. Mrs. Usha Chachan resigned from her position as Director, effective March 20, 2026.The Board of Directors approved the appointment of Mr. Vemula Jalaprasad as an Additional Director, effective March 23, 2026, with a term until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting. Subsequently, the Board appointed Mr. Jalaprasad as an Executive Director for a three-year period, commencing March 23, 2026, pending shareholder approval at the next Annual General Meeting.
Mr. Jalaprasad holds a Postgraduate degree in Structural Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada. He brings over a decade of experience in infrastructure and project management.
The company confirmed that Mr. Jalaprasad is not restricted from holding a director position due to any SEBI order or other authority.
