Aditya Birla Capital Allots 101,835 Equity Shares Through Stock Option Schemes
Aditya Birla Capital Ltd announced the allotment of a total of 101,835 Equity Shares of the company. The allotment was approved by the Stakeholders Relationship Committee of the Company and covers shares disbursed via the exercise of Stock Options, Restricted Stock Units, and Performance Stock Units.The newly allotted shares of the face value of ₹10/- each are associated with two employee incentive programs: the Aditya Birla Capital Limited Employee Stock Option Scheme 2017 (ABCL Scheme 2017) and the Aditya Birla Capital Limited Employee Stock Option and Performance Stock Unit Scheme 2022 (ABCL Scheme 2022).
The allotment ensures that all newly issued Equity Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Equity Shares of the Company in all aspects.
