Shri Nitin Kumar Yadav, Additional Secretary of the Department of Commerce, has been designated to hold the additional charge of Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of The State Trading Corporation of India Limited (STC Limited). The appointment is effective for a period of one year, according to a recent Department of Commerce office order.The Department of Commerce conveyed that Shri Nitin Kumar Yadav, IAS(HR:2000), Additional Secretary, will assume the additional charge of CMD for STC Limited, effective from April 28, 2026, and continuing until April 27, 2027.
The departmental order also detailed concurrent charges for Shri Yadav in other public sector units.
