
Ahmedabad/Chennai, February 24, 2026: Adani Power Limited (BSE: 533096 | NSE: ADANIPOWER) on Tuesday announced that its subsidiary, Moxie Power Generation Ltd. (MPGL), has received a Letter of Award for a 558 MW (net) power purchase agreement from Tamil Nadu Power Distribution Corporation Limited for a period of five years.
The contract was secured through a competitive bidding process, with MPGL emerging as the lowest bidder by quoting a tariff of Rs 5.910 per unit. Power supply under the agreement is scheduled to commence from April 1, 2026.
