AGEL is focusing on tech-driven Operations and Maintenance (O&M) through an Energy Network Operations Center (ENOC) in Ahmedabad, which provides real-time monitoring across 12 states. This system offers granular performance insights and predictive maintenance, optimizing Mean time between failure (MTBF) and suggesting corrective actions to reduce Mean time to repair (MTTR).

Furthermore, the company reported achieving a CareEdge ESG 1+ rating with a score of 87.3, and was recognized by Sustainalytics for improvement in its ESG score, ranking among the top six globally and leading in India. AGEL also secured an 'A' rating in the Global CDP Suppliers Engagement Assessment.
