Adani Enterprises Ltd. has completed the early full redemption of two series of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) issued on a private placement basis. The redemption follows approval from the company’s Management Committee of the Board of Directors on March 24, 2026.The company made payments to debenture holders and the debenture trustee on March 25, 2026, fulfilling the agreed-upon consideration.
