The seven entities are Sunrays Step I Limited (SIL), Sunrays Step II Limited (SIIL), Sunrays Step III Limited (SIIIL), Arasan Step I Limited (ASIL), Arasan Step II Limited (ASIIL), Arasan Step III Limited (ASIIIL), and Arasan Step IV Limited (ASIVL).

All subsidiaries were incorporated in India on June 1, 2026. Adani Energy Solutions Limited serves as the holding company for these new ventures.

The core business activity of the newly formed subsidiaries is centered around the electric utilities industry. Their mandate includes carrying on the production, generation, conversion, transformation, transmission, processing, storing, supply, and distribution of electricity.

From a financial and ownership standpoint, Adani Energy Solutions Limited maintains complete control over the new entities. The company holds 100% of the shareholding in all seven subsidiaries. The incorporation was funded through cash consideration, establishing each subsidiary with a paid-up share capital of Rs. 5,00,000/-.
