ABM Knowledgeware Sets Record Date for Final Dividend of Rs 1.25 Per Share
ABM Knowledgeware Ltd. has announced the record date and dividend details for its financial year (FY) 2025-26, following a recommendation by the Board of Directors.The company fixed Thursday, July 23, 2026, as the Record Date to determine the names of members eligible for the Final Dividend.
If declared at the Annual General Meeting (AGM), which is scheduled for Thursday, July 30, 2026, the dividend will be Rs 1.25/- per equity share. This represents 25% of the face value of the share, which stands at Rs 5/- each.
The company stated that the payment of this final dividend, subject to tax deduction at source, will be made to members on or before August 29, 2026.
