ABM Knowledgeware Limited Announces Departure of Independent Director​

Mumbai, March 27, 2026 – ABM Knowledgeware Limited announced today the cessation of Dr. Sumit Dutta Chowdhury as an Independent Director, effective March 27, 2026, following the completion of his second consecutive five-year term.

The company expressed appreciation for Dr. Dutta Chowdhury’s contributions and guidance during his tenure. Consequently, his membership and chairmanship roles on various Board Committees have also ceased, leading to a reconstitution of those committees.
