Kolkata – ABC India Ltd. announced on March 24, 2026, that the trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives will be closed starting April 1, 2026. This closure is in accordance with the company's internal code of conduct for preventing insider trading, as stipulated by SEBI regulations.The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, are declared to the stock exchanges.
The notification was addressed to the Listing Department of the BSE Ltd. (Stock Code No. - 520123) and the Listing Department of the Calcutta Stock Exchange Limited (Stock Code No. - 10011146).
