Additionally, Ms. Anisha Motwani, an Independent Director, concluded her second term, ceasing her directorship on April 24, 2026.Two new appointments were approved by the Board of Directors.
Mr. Neeraj Jain (DIN: 00348591) was approved for appointment as an Additional Director and Independent Director. His tenure will be for three consecutive years, beginning April 25, 2026, subject to the approval of the company members.
Mr. James Wenner (DIN: 11650998) was approved for appointment as an Additional (Non-Executive) Director, effective April 23, 2026, and he is liable to retire by rotation.
The Board also approved sending a Postal Ballot Notice to the shareholders to consider and approve both the appointment of Mr. Neeraj Jain and Mr. James Wenner.
Senior Management and Operational Transitions

Amol Metkar
Mr. Amol Metkar joined Abbott in 2017 and previously served as Head of Production - Hormones at Baddi and Senior Manager - Production at Goa manufacturing site.
