Orders and Order Backlog Status​

Total orders for Q2 CY2026 reached INR 4,363 crore, the highest ever for a second quarter. H1 orders stood at INR 8,643 crore, reflecting a 36% increase year-on-year.

The order intake showed strong momentum across all Business Areas, driven by Electrification base orders and increased export orders in Motion and Automation. Growth areas include data centers, renewables, metals and mining, food and beverage, cement, automotive, and building infrastructure.

As of the end of Q2 CY2026, the Order backlog stood at INR 11,898 crore for H1 CY2026, marking a 22% increase compared to H1 CY2025. This strong pipeline provides revenue visibility for upcoming quarters.

The operational EBITA for the quarter was INR 461 crore (up 23% Y-o-Y). The margin increased by 20 basis points to 13.0%. This performance reflected challenges such as rising input costs, including freight, energy, copper, and electrical steel, alongside revenue mix changes.
