AAVAS Financiers Approves Up To ₹200 Crore Senior Secured Non-Convertible Debt Issue​

AAVAS Financiers Ltd has approved the issuance of up to 20,000 Senior, Secured, Rated, Listed, Transferable, Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) totaling up to ₹200 crore. The decision was taken by the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors during a meeting held on July 21, 2026.

The debentures have a face value of ₹1 lakh each and are being issued through a private placement mechanism.

AAVAS Financiers plans to list these NCDs on the Wholesale Debt Market (WDM) segment of BSE Limited. The financial instrument has a tenor of three years.

Today, shares of Aavas Financiers Limited edged higher, closing at ₹1521.7 after gaining 1.77%. The stock traded within an intraday range defined by a low of ₹1483 and a high of ₹1529$.
