Aarcon Facilities Ltd has scheduled a meeting of its Board of Directors to consider several critical business transactions, including the approval of standalone unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and the appointment of new roles.

The Board Meeting is slated to take place on Thursday, July 30, 2026, at 11:30 a.m. The meeting will be held at the Registered Office of the Company located in Vadodara.

The agenda set for the board meeting encompasses matters related to both financial review and corporate structure adjustments.
