Zensar Technologies Limited announced on April 2, 2026, that its Board of Directors has granted in-principle approval for the establishment of a new entity or branch in Zambia. The entity may be set up directly by Zensar Technologies or through its subsidiary(ies).The new entity will operate within the software and allied services industry. As a step-down subsidiary or branch of a subsidiary, it will be considered a related party of the company, although promoters and the promoter group do not have a direct interest.
