
Zelio E-Mobility Limited Enters into Sponsorship Agreement for Indian Premier League
Zelio E-Mobility Limited announced on March 26, 2026, that it has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with K.P.H. Dream Cricket Private Limited and ITW Catalyst Private Limited. The agreement details sponsorship and association rights related to the 2026 season of the Indian Premier League.The MoU aims to promote and market Zelio E-Mobility’s brand “Zelio” through its association with the Punjab Kings team. The value of the agreement is INR 1,50,00,000 exclusive of applicable taxes.
According to the agreement, Zelio E-Mobility will receive branding, digital rights, in-stadia activation, and promotional rights from K.P.H. Dream Cricket Private Limited.
The tenure of the MoU is from March 25, 2026, to December 31, 2026, unless terminated earlier or superseded by a long-form agreement. Obligations for Zelio E-Mobility include payment of the agreed consideration and adherence to the MoU's terms. K.P.H. Dream Cricket Private Limited is obligated to grant the specified sponsorship and association rights. The parties involved are not related to Zelio E-Mobility’s promoter group.
