Xduce Technologies Private Limited has disclosed the acquisition of shares in Dev Information Technology Limited, according to a filing on March 19, 2026. The disclosure was made in compliance with Regulation 29(2) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.Xduce Technologies Private Limited acquired 30,806 shares from the open market.
