
WeWork India Invests ₹31 Crore to Expand Bengaluru Presence with New Center at Embassy Vertex
National, March 25, 2026 – WeWork India Management Limited, a leading premium flexible workspace operator in India, announced today the signing of a 10-year lease to expand its Bengaluru portfolio with a new center at Embassy Vertex, on Residency Road.The new center, spanning approximately 81,000 square feet across six floors, represents an investment of ₹31 crore. It is expected to open in Q1 FY27 and will offer over 1250 desks.
Bengaluru's office market accounted for approximately 25% (15.1 million sq. ft.) of total leasing between January and September 2025. The city has captured nearly 40% of GCC leasing in Q1 2025, the highest among all Indian markets, according to CBRE.

The center will feature a modern design inspired by Bengaluru's urban fabric and will provide seamless connectivity to key transportation hubs. Amenities will include shared lounges, meeting environments, technology-enabled systems, administrative support, and community programming.
WeWork India is currently operational across 8 cities, with over 1.21 lakh desks. The company supports organizations of all sizes in scaling with agility while accessing premium locations and enterprise-grade infrastructure.
