Bengaluru, India – March 24, 2026 – WeWork India Management Limited has entered into a lease agreement to expand its operational capacity in Bengaluru. The addition involves a space admeasuring 81,166 square feet, expected to add approximately 1,256 desks.The expansion is intended to meet rising demand and support the company’s growth strategy. The capacity is expected to be added on or before May 2026. The investment for this expansion is estimated at ₹31 Crore, to be funded through internal accruals and debt.
As of December 31, 2025, WeWork India's existing capacity comprised 1,21,638 desks, with a utilization rate of 83.90%.
