Ahmedabad – March 24, 2026 – Wealth First Portfolio Managers Limited announced today the closure of its trading window for designated individuals. The closure, in accordance with the company's insider trading regulations and exchange guidelines, commenced on Wednesday, April 1, 2026, and will remain in effect until 48 hours after the release of the company’s audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026.During this period, trading in equity shares by employees, directors, key managerial personnel, designated persons, and their immediate relatives is prohibited.
The date for the board meeting to consider and declare the audited financial results will be announced subsequently.
