Wardwizard Healthcare Appoints Yuvraj Priyadarshi as Additional Director
Wardwizard Healthcare Ltd. announced the appointment of Mr. Yuvraj Priyadarshi as an Additional Director, effective March 23, 2026. The appointment was approved by the company's Nomination and Remuneration Committee and is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. Mr. Priyadarshi is currently serving as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the company.Mr. Priyadarshi’s appointment is for a term up to the date of the ensuing Annual General Meeting and he is liable to retire by rotation. The company confirmed that Mr. Priyadarshi is not debarred from holding the office of Director by any regulatory authority.
Mr. Priyadarshi brings over 20 years of international and national experience in healthcare leadership. He holds degrees including a Doctor of Optometry, a Master of Science in Vision Science, a Master of Business Administration in Hospital Management, and a Ph.D. His experience includes collaboration with the World Health Organization (WHO) and founding multiple multi-specialty and eye hospitals. He has also served in leadership roles within Rotary International.
