Vishal Mega Mart Announces Trading Window Closure
Vishal Mega Mart Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for securities, effective Wednesday, April 1, 2026. The closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's internal code of conduct.The trading window will remain closed for designated individuals and their immediate relatives until 48 hours after the financial results for the quarter and financial year ending March 31, 2026, are declared. During this period, trading in the company's securities is prohibited for these individuals.
