Vinati Organics Invests ₹22.95 Crore in Subsidiary Veeral Organics
Vinati Organics Limited announced a ₹22,95,00,000 investment in its wholly-owned subsidiary, Veeral Organics Private Limited. The company subscribed to an additional 2,29,50,000 fully paid-up equity shares with a face value of ₹10 each.Veeral Organics Private Limited was incorporated in October 2020 and operates within the chemical industry, manufacturing organic fine specialty chemicals, aligning with Vinati Organics’ existing business. The subsidiary’s turnover for the past three years was ₹10.55 crore. The investment will not alter Veeral Organics' status as a 100% wholly-owned subsidiary of Vinati Organics.
