Vikram Solar Limited announced several leadership changes on March 20, 2026. The company appointed Mr. Sameer Nagpal as Chief Executive Officer, effective March 20, 2026. Mr. Nagpal brings over 30 years of experience across various industries.Mr. Krishna Kumar Maskara, currently Whole-time Director & Chief Executive Officer (Interim), has been redesignated as Whole-Time Director & Chief Operating Officer (COO), also effective March 20, 2026. His directorship and remuneration remain unchanged.
The company also noted the resignation of Mr. Anil Bhadauria from the position of Executive Vice President & Head of Manufacturing Operations, effective May 31, 2026.
