Viceroy Hotels Limited announced that the trading window for dealing in the company’s securities will be closed from April 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of standalone and consolidated audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. This closure applies to designated persons, their immediate relatives, and all connected persons covered under the company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, as per SEBI regulations.A board meeting is scheduled to consider and approve the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. A separate notice regarding the board meeting will be sent to the stock exchanges. Designated persons have been informed against trading in the company’s securities during this period.
