Previously, the termination date was set for March 31, 2026, following a notice received on December 29, 2025, from lessor Keva Fragrances Private Limited. The extension, as communicated by Keva Fragrances, now sets the termination date for April 30, 2026.The company will continue operations at the Mahad facility until April 30, 2026, while actively seeking alternative arrangements to ensure the continuation of its business operations. The extension was granted in response to a request from Vasundhara Rasayans.
