Varun Beverages Ltd. has announced the closure of its trading window for equity shares, effective April 1, 2026. This decision aligns with the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter ending March 31, 2026. During this period, company insiders are prohibited from trading in the company’s equity shares.
The date for the board meeting to declare the financial results for the quarter ending March 31, 2026, will be announced subsequently.
Varun Beverages Limited follows a financial year from January 1 to December 31, as approved by the Company Law Board.
