Vardhman Polytex Ltd has announced the allotment of Secured, Rated, Listed, Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) on a private placement basis. The company's Board of Directors approved the transaction at a meeting held on Monday, April 6, 2026.

At the Board meeting, the company allotted 7,500 NCDs, each having a face value of Rs. 1,00,000/-. The total aggregate value of the NCDs allotted amounts to Rs. 75 Crores.
