Urban Company's InstaHelp Reaches 1 Million Monthly Bookings
Gurugram, March 28, 2026 – Urban Company Limited announced today that its quick-service housekeeping vertical, InstaHelp, has surpassed 1 million monthly delivered bookings with 3 days remaining in March.The milestone follows the reporting of over 50,000 daily orders in February, identifying InstaHelp as the fastest-growing business unit in Urban Company's history.
InstaHelp is currently available in Mumbai, Bengaluru, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, and Pune. The vertical provides consumers with high-quality housekeeping services including cleaning, dishwashing, laundry, and meal preparation, with service initiation within 10-15 minutes of booking.

According to Urban Company's 9M FY26 Earnings Index, average monthly net earnings in-hand reached INR 28,322 for all active service professionals (excluding InstaHelp), while the top 5% of service professionals earned INR 51,673. All active service professionals are covered under group life and accidental insurance, which includes life insurance cover of up to INR 10 lacs, disability cover of up to INR 6 lacs, as well as accidental hospitalisation and OPD treatment coverage.
