Uravi Defence and Technology Subsidiary Acquires Stake in Spafax International
Uravi Defence and Technology Ltd announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Bharat Technology Limited, has acquired 10,100 equity shares of Spafax International Holdings Limited. This acquisition represents 10% of the share capital of Spafax. The transaction was previously disclosed on February 20, 2026.The acquisition was reported to the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE Symbol: URAVIDEF) and the Bombay Stock Exchange Limited (Scrip Code: 543930).
