TVS Supply Chain Solutions Ltd. Infuses Funding into U.S. Subsidiary
TVS Supply Chain Solutions Limited announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, TVS Logistics Investments Inc. USA (TVS LI USA), has allotted equity shares to TVS SCS. This follows prior approval from the Board of TVS Supply Chain Solutions Limited in March 2025 for additional funding towards business expansion plans.TVS LI USA, incorporated in the United States of America on December 1, 2010, operates in the business of storage, warehousing, freight transportation, and other land transport services. The company reported a turnover of 10,298.94 million in fiscal year 2025.
The additional funding, amounting to INR 213.44 million (USD 165 per share), is intended to meet cash flow and working capital requirements. The acquisition was completed on March 31, 2026, and TVS LI USA will continue to remain a wholly-owned subsidiary of TVS Supply Chain Solutions Limited.
The transaction required compliance with the Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999, as amended, and Overseas Investment Guidelines, 2022, under the automatic route. No promoter, promoter group, or group companies have any interest in the acquired entity.
