TVS Motor Company Reports Record Sales in FY 2025-26​

TVS Motor Company (TVSM) announced record sales for the fiscal year 2025-26, with total sales growing by 24% to 5.9 million units. The company's sales in March 2026 increased by 25%, with international business sales also growing by 25%.

In March 2026, TVS Motor Company recorded monthly sales of 519,358 units, compared to 414,687 units in March 2025. Two-wheeler sales increased from 400,120 units in March 2025 to 498,134 units in March 2026, a 25% growth. Motorcycle sales registered an 18% increase, rising from 196,734 units to 232,788 units. Scooter sales grew by 31%, increasing from 166,297 units to 217,624 units.

The company's electric vehicle sales saw a substantial increase of 44%, with sales rising from 26,935 units in March 2025 to 38,877 units in March 2026. International business sales reached 141,443 units in March 2026, a 25% increase from 113,464 units in March 2025. Three-wheeler sales registered a 46% growth, increasing from 14,567 units to 21,224 units.

During the fourth quarter of FY 2025-26, the company registered a 28% growth, with total sales increasing from 1.21 million units to 1.56 million units. Two-wheeler sales grew by 27%, from 1.18 million units to 1.50 million units. Three-wheeler sales increased by 65%, from 0.037 million units to 0.060 million units. Total exports increased by 24%, rising from 0.34 million units to 0.422 million units.

For the full fiscal year 2025-26, total sales increased from 4.74 million units to 5.89 million units. Two-wheeler sales grew from 4.61 million units to 5.67 million units. Three-wheeler sales increased from 0.135 million units to 0.219 million units. Total exports increased by 33%, from 1.195 million units to 1.585 million units.
