TV Vision Ltd. Announces Closure of Trading Window
Mumbai – March 20, 2026 – TV Vision Ltd. (Scrip Code: 540083 on the BSE, Symbol: TVVISION on the NSE) announced the closure of its trading window for all Insiders, Designated Persons, and Connected Persons. The trading window will be closed from April 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026.The company will separately announce the date of the board meeting scheduled to consider and approve the aforementioned financial results. Ravi Gautam Adhikari, Chairman and Managing Director, made the announcement.
