TruCap Finance Limited announced an update regarding the interim order from the Securities and Appeals Tribunal (SAT) concerning an open offer initiated by Marwadi Chandarana Intermediaries Brokers Private Limited. The open offer was made to the shareholders of TruCap Finance Limited.The matter was heard on March 25, 2026, where the Tribunal granted the appellant a two-week period to submit a rejoinder. The interim order previously in place will remain in effect until the next hearing, which is scheduled for April 24, 2026.
