Following the disposal, Trinity Infraventures Limited holds 1,89,45,812 shares (36.25%), while L P Sashi Kumar holds 757 shares (0.00%), L Preetha Priyadarshini holds 1,13,524 shares (0.22%), Mahita Prasad Caddell holds 72,22,663 shares (13.82%), and Ponnapula Karthik Sanjay holds 11,22,000 shares (2.15%).
