Mumbai – March 25, 2026 – Trikaal Theatres & Realty Private Limited, along with several affiliated entities and individuals, has acquired shares in Fundviser Capital (India) Limited, according to disclosures filed with the BSE Limited.

The acquisition involved the conversion of warrants into equity shares, resulting in Trikaal Theatres & Realty Private Limited receiving 11,50,000 shares. This transaction occurred on March 23, 2026.

Capital Structure​

Prior to the acquisition, Fundviser Capital (India) Limited’s equity share capital totaled Rs. 5,91,50,000, comprised of 59,15,000 shares with a face value of Rs. 10 each. Following the acquisition, the equity share capital increased to Rs. 7,90,00,000, consisting of 79,00,000 shares with a face value of Rs. 10 each. The total diluted share/voting capital now stands at Rs. 12,40,00,000, comprising 1,24,00,000 shares.

The acquisition was made through a preferential allotment, converting convertible warrants held by Trikaal Theatres & Realty Private Limited and other entities.
